We believe in high-touch planning. What does this mean? It means we believe in unlimited touchpoints with our clients; unlimited phone calls, unlimited in-person meetings, and an unlimited number of emails. It’s the only way a wedding should be planned. On average, we spend approximately 500 hours planning each wedding. We are hyper-focused on your vision and no detail is overlooked.
Wedding Design
We help design all aspects of the wedding, from the smallest detail to the overall concept. We help couples choose the perfect wedding destination and venue for them, develop a tailored vision board after a series of deep dive brainstorming sessions, and source the best vendor partners to bring the ultimate design to life. From choosing the right photographer, selecting a color palette, designing the floral centerpieces, deciding how to fold the reception napkins, reviewing the DJ’s playlist, to thinking through different firework options - we do it all.

Wedding Management & Execution
We help manage all logistics when it comes to the wedding day. We help establish and maintain the wedding investment budget, review the wedding website, and assist with the wedding seating blueprint. On the wedding day, we will be there from start to finish, overseeing vendor setup, and making sure the couple has everything they need on the most important day of their lives.
Bridal Styling
We offer bridal styling as part of the experience. What are trunk shows and how can you leverage them? What type of veil goes with your gown? What are heel stoppers and why are they critical on your wedding day? We not only want you to have that awe-inspiring wedding; we also want you to be the most beautiful bride ever.
Other Wedding Events & Concierge Services
Planning, designing, and executing other wedding weekend events, including a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or post wedding brunch is available as an add on.
Concierge services, including arranging transportation or organizing group activities (i.e. boat trips, winery visits, cooking classes, etc.) is also available as an add on. We are committed to creating the best wedding experience for our couples, no matter how big or small the task is at hand.
Chinese Tea Ceremony
To successfully orchestrate a Chinese wedding abroad requires expert knowledge in the wedding destination and the couple’s cultural background. Having grown up in Taiwan, Paulina is fluent in Mandarin and intimately familiar with Chinese wedding customs. As an add on, we help arrange pre-wedding photoshoots, guide around auspicious wedding days, outline detailed steps for the Chinese Tea Ceremony, and advise on appropriate wedding attire.
Incorporating family and cultural elements into the wedding is what makes a wedding truly special, no matter if it’s adding the color red in small details or sending invitations in your native language. We are here from start to finish to help plan and design a purposeful and transformational experience for you and your guests.

Baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, milestone birthdays, mitzvahs, engagement parties, and more. Let us help take care of the planning and execution so you and your guests can relax and celebrate the special occasion. Consistent with the Full Wedding Planning & Design experience, the Special Events & Gatherings experience is for clients who are looking for insights and guidance throughout the entire planning process.
